Privacy and customer information

The site stores your basket and an anonymous browser identifier in your browser. It records activity such as product views, add-to-cart actions, checkout-link creation and discount-button clicks. Browser identifiers are not a verified count of individual people.

When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, subject and message are stored in a password-protected owner inbox so the store can respond. Do not include card numbers or other payment credentials in your message.

Shopify collects the contact, delivery and payment information entered in its checkout. Card details are not collected through the Pocket Scents contact form. Shopify's checkout and privacy notices explain its handling of that information.

Use the contact form to ask about information held by the store or to make a request about your personal information. This page describes the site's current features; the merchant must keep its full legal privacy and retention information up to date.
