Returns and cancellation help

Use our contact form to request cancellation or return instructions. Include your order reference, the email address used at checkout and what you would like help with. Please do not send a parcel to an address taken from another website.

If there is a problem with your order, tell us what happened and retain the item and packaging while we help. A random selection of fragrances does not remove your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

Nothing on this page or in our store terms limits the consumer rights that apply to your purchase. Return-address and postage arrangements should be confirmed through the contact form before sending an item back.
